With the GG Approach, Body+ takes a unique approach to address body-related concerns. Rather than focusing solely on weight loss, our goal is to enhance body image and acceptance, which can have a positive impact on various aspects of well-being, including mood, depression, anxiety, and obsessions related to body image.

How does it work? By shifting your thoughts from negative to positive, you can learn to identify and respond quickly to negative thinking patterns. Through regular training and improvement, the app emphasizes positive body image, self-acceptance, distress reduction, and overcoming preoccupations with appearance or perceived flaws.

The research and theory behind Body+: According to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) models, negative thoughts about oneself, others, and the world can contribute to psychological difficulties such as obsessive preoccupation, low mood, and maladaptive behaviors.

Body+ was developed as an accessible CBT training platform to help individuals dealing with distress and preoccupation related to their body. The app's design aims to:

 <li>Train individuals to identify and challenge negative self-talk effectively</li>
 <li>Promote access to neutral and positive self-talk</li>
